Job purpose :

Managing the development of new Packaging for shelf stable product portfolio from concept to launch based upon the agreed TUE Strategic plan. Ensure for each project product safety, quality and ensuring customer requirements are met.

Role dimensions :

Packaging development :

To lead and coordinate regional and local packaging projects from concept to post launch analyses :

- Define project brief with Project Business Owner (PBO)

- Manage project validation steps and timelines

- Organize and conduct line trials in collaboration with Operations and Quality to test and transition new products into full scale production.

- Manage and document projects in accordance with TUE Innovation and Renovation process requirements.


To lead and coordinates Value engineering packaging projects from concept through to post launch analyses,

To validate technical data on every new product development (PDS, palletisation plans),

To provide support to factories,

To manage and administrate TUE packaging central data base (specifications, cutterguides, palletisation plans, certificate of compliance (food contact)) in order to ensure a complete and up to date data base,

To support Engineering team and factories in new packing and conditioning machine implementations by providing packaging and packing specifications needed to define machine specifications,

To conduct packaging supplier audit for new packaging suppliers sourced for innovation projects.

To validate new packaging supplier’s documentation (vendor questionnaire first validation.

 Engineering Degree in Packaging Development, minimum of 3 years’ experience in food industry. Experience in a multicultural industrial environment, experience in project management

Knowledge in canning process

Availability to Travel : Fluent in French & English.

Poste basé à Paris. Déplacements : Bretagne, UK, Portugal.
